At Healogix, she is known for building deep relationships with her clients to gain an intimate understanding of their business issues and needs to yield insights that matter to the bottom line.
Equally adept conducting qualitative or quantitative research, Charlene’s expertise extends across a wide array of therapeutic areas, including metabolics, CNS, digestive diseases, oncology, immunology, respiratory, and cardiovascular. An intuitive and sensitive moderator, Charlene probes the attitudes, beliefs and behaviors of hundreds of respondents annually covering the gamut from consumers with mental illness to specialists treating ultra-rare diseases.
Prior to joining Healogix, Charlene conducted domestic and global market research for big pharma and government clients including several institutes and programs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Charlene earned her PhD in Communication with a focus on persuasion / health communication and a minor in medical anthropology from the University of Arizona.
