Ed has over 20 years’ experience conducting research in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Over that time, Ed has focused his efforts on helping his clients understand new markets, position products, and develop effective selling messages and tactical materials. Ed has experience in numerous therapy areas including: CNS, respiratory, neurology, vaccines, infectious disease, and hematology/oncology. In 1994, Ed co-founded Integrated Marketing Associates with the goal of bringing a customer-intimate marketing research and consulting firm into the pharmaceutical industry. In November 2015, Ed merged his company with Healogix, bringing together two like-minded firms who possess similar values and business philosophies.
Ed began his career at the agency now known as the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC)) — an organization created to advise Congress on the Medicare program. At MedPAC, Ed analyzed and made recommendations regarding the appropriate payment for inpatient services provided through Medicare. Prior to founding IMA, Ed was a senior project director with Roger Green & Associates, a healthcare industry consulting firm. Ed earned his BA from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
